As the global MICE industry looks ahead, Hong Kong is investing in infrastructure that will redefine the event journey. Skytopia is one to watch.

Located next to Hong Kong International Airport, Skytopia is a large-scale commercial and entertainment hub currently under construction. When complete in the coming years, it will offer an integrated mix of dining, retail, performance venues and green public spaces — all within minutes of international arrivals.

Inspired by concepts like Singapore’s Jewel, Skytopia will cater to delegates in transit, early arrivals, and short-lead incentive groups. It is expected to support curated pre- and post-event extensions, layover experiences, and hybrid event programming that begins before attendees even check in.

For planners looking beyond the venue to the full delegate journey, Skytopia represents a major leap forward. REALM is monitoring development closely and will be among the first to provide site access and tailored programming once the precinct is operational.

REALM stays ahead of what’s next.
