REALM believes in driving a positive community impact by encouraging incentive travel organisers to include at least one CSR activity in their program in Thailand.

We created the “Food for the homeless” concept with our client and invited a community thought leader Mr Kru Chow to share his inspiring story and work.

The Thai authorities produced a video on how Mr Chow, a handicapped orphan, strived through challenges to become a volunteer teacher. The video included English subtitles so those in the video could comfortably share their story in Thai.

The participants were moved and could see that their CSR activity directly impacted the local community.
