Lazada knew a brilliant customer experience was not just a seamless user experience on their website. They wanted their customers to experience products in person – through a 1,200 sqm pop-up activation REALM created for them!
Consumers and Work-from-home netizens have placed greater importance on making the home environment (and the lifestyle products). REALM activated a new Duo Room concept where consumers get to try out homewares, furniture and white goods before they buy online there and then.
This activation has significantly increased Lazada’s brand awareness and web traffic. Most importantly, we had fun turning imagination into reality.
