Power2Motivate appointed REALM to create a 5-night incentive experience in Phuket to celebrate their unprecedented growth from a team of 100 to 600. Although the decision to bring all 600 team members to Phuket was close to the actual travel dates, our team pulled out all stops to make it happen.

Phuket has been one of the Australians’ favourite destinations; most of this trip’s participants were Aussies.
