A ‘BANJAR’ CULTURAL IMMERSION

Did you know that the ‘banjar’ is a local Balinese community (or neighbourhood) that applies traditional laws and is supervised by a local chief? What does it have to do with an incentive travel experience?

REALM understands that participants are craving more than tours. So, we created a cultural immersion just for SCIEX. We leaned into the principles of Banjar and collaboration by having ‘neighbourhoods’ of participants completing traditional Balinese tasks like making gebogans (offerings), Penjor (a 5-10 metre tall prosperity symbol) and cakes – all culminating into a local procession before a dance performance.
