An authentic sugar cane farm dinner was enhanced with a cane burn, celebrity chef cooking over fire, a mechanical bull that encouraged budding cowboys and a well-known Australian rock band kept everyone dancing well into the night. No visit to far north Queensland is complete without a trip to the Great Barrier Reef where our exclusive vessel and pontoon was the base for scuba diving, helicopter flights, glass bottom boats and of course amazing seafood.
